I am the living bread that came down from heaven. If you eat this bread, you will live forever.
The bread that I will give you is my flesh. For my flesh is the real food; my blood is the real drink. Those who eat my flesh will never be hungry and who drink my blood will never be thirsty.
Do not work for food that spoils [goes bad]; instead, work for the food that lasts for eternal life.
